Kinesiology found me while I was working in financial services. It is a very logical therapy so fitted in well with my left-brained bias at the time. As I expanded into the therapy, I discovered a world of healthcare beyond the medical paradigm, a world of emotions, soul, and energy. Kinesiology is extremely powerful at addressing imbalances in our physical self, but its ability to tune into the unseen with authenticity and accuracy intrigues me most.

I have been privileged to perform over 15,000 treatments since I first discovered kinesiology in 1998 and despite all I have learnt from this, I remain totally awestruck by the beauty of life and the unique journey we all travel within it. My other major project is the free healing programme Quantum K. This has passed 1 million hits and thanks to volunteers is now available in 9 different languages. It continues to inspire me to push the boundaries of what can be achieved in healing with passion and focused intent.

I am blessed to live in a truly beautiful part of Somerset near Kewstoke, where my wife and I are developing an animal sanctuary. There is so much I learn from nature and the animals that share their lives with us; they are humbling in their simplicity, community and sheer joyful living.

For those who know me as Andrew Kemp, I amalgamated my surname with my wife’s in 2018 in preparation for the birth of our first child.

If you want to learn more about how I see the world and our presence within it, feel free to follow the link in the picture below to an interview I gave during 2020 with Kate Strong, a world champion tri-athlete and life coach:

Finally, I need to explain why I donate a share of my treatment fee to the Rainforest trust. Shamanism is a beautiful gift from the indigenous people of South America, one that has been given freely to us, that the Peruvian shaman encourage us to use worldwide to support their efforts to hold a vision for the Earth in her healed state.

That said, these teachings have a high value, and I am concerned about the possibility of cultural appropriation, where dominant western countries take the teachings and produce of other cultures without duly rewarding or honouring the source of that gift. This shamanic practice has been offered, not taken, but nonetheless by contributing back to South American projects in the Rainforest Trust I feel I am doing something to complete the circle and remain in Ayni (right relationship) with these peoples.
